Guests at the Villa have access to all hotel facilities like Poolside Bar, Restaurants - including buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, Casino, Spa, Gym, Utility shop etc and at the same time have the benefit of a quiet private pool on the Hermitage side.

Buffet rates at the adjacent Riviera de Goa hotel are:
Breakfast buffet – Rs. 250/- per person
Lunch & Dinner buffet – Rs. 375/- per person

The Villa comprising of 3 bedrooms is rented out entirely and can accommodate 2 adults per room. The rates mentioned below are for a maximum of 6 persons.
Additional persons will be charged at Rs. 500/- per person and a mattress will be provided for each additional person.
